If you are unsure how many people your group will be, please contact us and we will be happy to help you choose the right size shuttle for your needs.

The minimum age for passengers is 18 years old. However, we may make exceptions for younger passengers if they are accompanied by an adult.

Yes, you will need to bring your own carseat if you have a small child. We do not have carseats available for rent.

We value your flexibility and aim to make cancellations hassle-free. To receive a full refund, please cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Note that the service fee is non-refundable.

Cancellations made within 24 hours will forfeit the pre-paid amount.

For no-shows or cancellations less than 4 hours before departure will be charged the full fare.

At Next Level Shuttles, we’ve simplified your experience by including a 20% gratuity within the service fee for your convenience.

We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, wire transfers, and PayPal.

Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. This includes electronic cigarettes and vaping devices.

We do not allow pets on our shuttles. This helps prevent any potential allergic reactions that some passengers may have to pets and ensure that all of our passengers have a comfortable and enjoyable ride.

No, our shuttles are not wheelchair accessible. We do not have a ramp or securement system that would allow wheelchair users to board and disembark the shuttle safely.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks to consume in our vehicles. However, we do ask that you do not bring any perishable food items or any food or drinks that have strong odors.
