Contest Terms

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern all contests (“Contests”) conducted by Next Level Shuttles (“NLS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating in any of our Contests, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

1. Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
2. Employees of NLS and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. Participants must reside in an area where the Contest is not prohibited by law.
4. Participant must be within the mileage specified in the contest. If no mileage was specified, contest will default to 90 miles from originating city of Orlando, Florida.

Contest Period

1. The Contest period will be specified in the individual Contest announcement.
2. Entries submitted after the Contest period will not be considered.

How to Enter

1. Follow the specific entry guidelines provided in the individual Contest announcement.
2. The allowance for multiple entries will be specified in each individual Contest announcement.

Prizes

1. Prizes may vary from one Contest to another and may include event tickets, free round-trip shuttle service, or other offerings.
2. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. In the event that a prize includes event tickets, NLS is not responsible for any cancellation or rescheduling of the event.

Winner Selection

1. Winners will be selected randomly or based on criteria specified in the individual Contest announcement.
2. Winners will be notified via the contact information provided during entry.
3. Failure to respond within a specified time frame may result in forfeiture of the prize. If no time is specified, the winner has 24 hours to respond before another winner is chosen.

General Conditions

1. NLS reserves the right to modify or cancel the Contest at any time.
2. By participating, you agree to release NLS from any liability related to the Contest or prize.
3. Any disputes arising from the Contest will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where NLS is based.

Credit Card Requirement

1. As a condition for participation, a valid credit card must be provided for incidentals.
2. This is to cover any potential damages or extra cleaning fees that may occur during the use of our shuttle service.
3. The card will not be charged unless such incidents occur.

No-Smoking Policy

1. Smoking of any kind, including but not limited to cigarettes, marijuana, and vapes, is strictly prohibited in the van.
2. Failure to comply with this policy may result in immediate disqualification from the Contest and additional charges to the credit card on file for cleaning fees.
